Quoted separately
Both are quoted as a project-management fee, because the work depends on how much history you bring and how your current system stores it.
Standard onboarding is part of going live; deeper or role-specific training is arranged around your team.
Connections such as accounting, shipping carriers or the Clienteling add-on are configured per store, so they are quoted with your sales contact.
Buy scanners, printers and terminals wherever you like - we tell you what is supported instead of reselling it to you.
Choosing seats
The base licence covers the owner or manager and one till. From there, most stores add seats by role rather than by headcount.
POS users for associates who ring up sales, take repairs in and handle pickups.
Timekeeping seats for bench staff who record work against jobs without needing full back-office access.
Limited users for bookkeepers or buyers who need two specific modules, and admin users for full access.
Not sure which capabilities you need? Start with repairs, custom orders and inventory - the three areas that usually decide whether a jewelry POS fits.
Questions

No. The subscription is based on the base license and the seats you use, not on how much you sell.
Yes. Seats are added or removed as the team changes - including limited users who only need two back-office modules and timekeeping seats for workshop staff.
